Dr. Trevor Smith has been a faculty member at the University of Guelph since 1977. His current position is Professor in the Department of Animal and Poultry Science. Research interests are monogastric nutrition and feed toxicology including the etiology and treatment of Fusarium mycotoxicoses and the metabolic effects of feed-borne biogenic amines.
