Dr. Isabelle Oswald is currently the Director of Research at INRA Toulouse where she is leading the “Immunomycotoxicology” research team. She has developed many tools to investigate the pig immune response by analysing the mechanism involved in immunosuppression caused by the ingestion of mycotoxins (especially Fumonisin B1 and Deoxynivalenol).
