Dr. Haladi obtained his PhD in Animal and Poultry Science from the University of Guelph in 2003. For his PhD thesis he worked on “Effect of Fusarium mycotoxins on the performance, immunity and neurochemistry of poultry.

 

 

Dr. Trevor Smith
University of Guelph, Canada

Dr. Trevor Smith has been a faculty member at the University of Guelph since 1977. His current position is Professor in the Department of Animal and Poultry Science.  Research interests are monogastric nutrition and feed toxicology including the etiology and treatment of Fusarium mycotoxicoses and the
metabolic effects of feed-borne biogenic amines.

Dr. Isabelle Oswald

Dr. Isabelle Oswald is currently the Director of Research at INRA Toulouse where she is leading the “Immunomycotoxicology” research team. She has developed many tools to investigate the pig immune response by analysing the mechanism involved in immunosuppression caused by the ingestion of mycotoxins.
